Customers from others countries shall contact us prior completing the order.
Returns:
You can return goods bought at our online gallery without stating the reason within 14 days of the delivery (under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2002). Returns are accepted only when the goods have not been used, copied or damaged. The cost of the delivery is not covered by Videposters.co.uk.
For each return it is necessary to include the original receipt with the part “return” filled-in. The refund is posted to the customer. The cost of delivery is not refunded.
Guarantees:
The producer’s guarantee applies to all items displayed on sale by Videposters.co.uk
Should goods prove to be defective in any way ( either technically flawed or damaged while being transported ), Videposters.co.uk will either replace the goods without charge or, if the customer is not satisfied with the replacement offered, refund the goods and delivery charges. The goods should be sent back to Videposters.co.uk via mail together with the receipt and the “complaint” part filled-in in it. Postage will be refunded as soon as we get the product and recognize the complaint. COD (cash on delivery) will not be accepted. The defective goods will be either replaced with new ones or refunded.
Invoice:
Invoice is made up to a customer upon request. Personal data included in it will be the one from the customer`s order form. |
